FRAME

The frame is made of high-strength cast steel followed by tempering, which ensures maximum rigidity and accuracy over a long period of time. The frame design was developed using Computer-Aided Finite Element Analysis. This ensures an optimal balance between frame strength and deformation. The frame is tightened using special connecting elements, which provides additional structural rigidity.

HIGH PRECISION

The sensitive separate clutch and brake ensure high positioning accuracy and maximum safety. Axial zero-clearance bearings are used in the plunger and slide guideways. Preloaded tie rods installed on the slide guideway provide high rigidity, while the extended guideway ensures high dynamic and static accuracy, which significantly increases punch service life. This press uses a forced lubrication system that effectively reduces thermal deformation of the press frame. In addition, the forced lubrication system ensures the quality of part stamping and extends the service life of the press equipment.

The lubrication system is also equipped with a pressure level detection function. The cam mechanism design of this press eliminates thermal displacement (deformation), which ensures accurate repeatability of the entire mechanism, increases wear resistance of the structure, reduces noise and vibration levels, increases the rigidity of the entire press structure, and extends the service life of the stamping tooling.
