Description
- High-precision feeding is regulated by a closed-loop computer feedback system. Thus, feeding accuracy can be maintained within +/-0.02 mm.
- The phase feed function can provide the device with 20 groups of different feed lengths, where each group ensures stamping for 999 strokes to meet the requirements for processing and production of special products (optional).
- The manual model allows setting 3-phase manual rotation speed, which simplifies operation and improves material feeding accuracy.
- A high-efficiency release device that can quickly adjust the release angle — it is enough to synchronize the cam signal and adjust the feed thickness.
- Feed length adjustment is carried out directly on the control panel.
- The feeding unit includes a hollow-shaped roller, which is lightweight, has low inertia, and at the same time has a high hardness of 60 HRC (hard chrome coating).
