Automatic feeding for high-speed stamping

The main purpose of this equipment is high-speed stamping of parts where high feeding precision and high productivity are required. The maximum number of strokes per minute for which this automatic feeder is designed is 1,200 strokes per minute. 

It is worth noting that with such a large production volume, the automatic feeder for high-speed stamping operates almost silently, and no pressing marks are left on the material surface, which in turn allows the manufacturing of high-quality parts from aluminum alloys, stainless steel, copper, etc.

The automatic line is designed in such a way that its operation, setup, and adjustment do not require special training and allow the feed to be synchronized with the press equipment in a short period of time.
