The 3-in-1 straightener-decoiler with automatic feeding is ideal for all types of straightening and feeding of metal coil/strip, and is also used for continuous stamping of metal products.

Feed Function

• High-precision feeding is regulated by a closed-loop computer feedback system. Thus, feeding accuracy can be maintained within +/-0.02 mm.
• The phase feed function can provide the input device with 20 groups of different feed lengths, where each group ensures stamping for 999 strokes to meet the requirements for processing and production of special products (optional).
• The manual model allows setting 3-phase manual rotation speed, which simplifies operation and improves material feeding accuracy.
• A high-efficiency release device that can quickly adjust the release angle — it is enough to synchronize the cam signal and adjust the feed thickness.
• Feed length adjustment is carried out directly on the control panel.
• The feeding unit includes a hollow-shaped roller, which is lightweight, has low inertia, and at the same time has a high hardness of 60 HRC (hard chrome coating).

Function of the Straightener-Decoiler

This equipment includes two types of operations — uncoiling the coil and its subsequent straightening. The straightener-decoiler helps automate the production process and save working space in production.

It is ideal for coil widths from 50 to 600 mm, thicknesses from 0.3 mm to 3.2 mm, and total coil weights from 500 kg to 3 tons. The straightener includes special rollers that have a hard chrome coating followed by polishing and a hardness of 60–62 HRC.

The straightening wheel is equipped with a special arrow indicator, which allows you to quickly detect the areas to be leveled, which increases the rigidity of the coil and improves the metal straightening effect.

This model is considered one of the most reliable and popular in the world and is an indispensable assistant in cold sheet metal stamping. The service life of the equipment can be increased by adding a lubrication system.
